*USA Wrestling Card,
Waiver Form, and Birth Certificate are required at weigh-ins.
*Changes to weight classes will be allowed,
without penalty, until the close of registration. Changes
can be made at www.TrackWrestling.com
*All weight changes after the Monday night registration deadline
must be completed at the official tournament weigh-in. A $25
change fee will be assessed to all participants changing weight
classes after the registration deadline.
*Brackets and mat assignments will be available the night
prior to competition.
*Headgear are not required for wrestlers above
the Schoolboy/girl Age Division
* Mouth guards are not required for wrestlers (even wrestlers
with braces)
* Rest time in between matches is a minimum of 15 minutes
* A match can be started when a wrestler does not have a coach
* The three-quarter nelson with leg hook IS legal in USAW
Folkstyle Events
* The double arm bar with sit out is illegal for Schoolboy/girl
Age Division and down
*Singlets need to be worn at weigh-ins.
*Wrestlers can challenge for true second.
Most Outstanding Wrestling Award:
The wrestler who has at least three pins and the lowest average
time of pins will be awarded the Most Outstanding Wreslting
in each division.
Team Award: A team award is available for each division. All
wrestlers from a club will be scored and scoring will be based
on traditional bracketed scoring.
5th grade and 9th grade wrestlers are not eligible
to compete in the Middle School Division.
